Dialectronics.com is dedicated to socially progressive causes and a strong proponent of using technology for peaceful, non-violent solutions only. We believe in open source software to allow economically disadvantaged users avoid exclusion, stratification or segregation in a technologically advanced global society, and we believe in BSD/MIT/public domain licenses that allow those users to build and maintain equity in the software they modify. We currently focus our humanitarian efforts on support of groups opposed to landmines of any form and to those who repair victims of landmines, as well as being proactive in educating people on the dangers of lead in ordinary products that are causing elevated lead levels in developing minds.
